Call Center Services

For schools that do not have a strong process in enrollment management, EducationDynamics has partnered with a call center that has extensive experience in higher education. This allows us to manage your communications with prospective students who have expressed interest in your institution through telemarketing, tele-counseling, and electronic means.

Our callers would:
  • Provide phone presentations
  • Highlight your institution’s feature, benefits, and programs
  • Assess prospect qualifications
  • Assist prospects with completing your online application
  • Process application fees
  • Assist with required application documents and follow up on missing documents
  • Call to congratulate admitted students on admission to their program and e-mail admissions letter
  • Advise students on financial aid and payment process
  • Advise students on course selection
  • Register students for first term courses
  • Process applicable tuition deposits
  • Perform reminder call to students prior to the start of the term
  • Follow up with students who have not logged in after the start of term
  • Perform welcome call to enrolled students after the beginning of term
Results would be reported to you via weekly status calls, with all dealings kept completely transparent.
