Call Center Services
For schools that do not have a strong process in enrollment management, EducationDynamics has partnered with a call center that has extensive experience in higher education. This allows us to manage your communications with prospective students who have expressed interest in your institution through telemarketing, tele-counseling, and electronic means.
Our callers would:
- Provide phone presentations
- Highlight your institution’s feature, benefits, and programs
- Assess prospect qualifications
- Assist prospects with completing your online application
- Process application fees
- Assist with required application documents and follow up on missing documents
- Call to congratulate admitted students on admission to their program and e-mail admissions letter
- Advise students on financial aid and payment process
- Advise students on course selection
- Register students for first term courses
- Process applicable tuition deposits
- Perform reminder call to students prior to the start of the term
- Follow up with students who have not logged in after the start of term
- Perform welcome call to enrolled students after the beginning of term
Results would be reported to you via weekly status calls, with all dealings kept completely transparent.
