Steven R. Isaac
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Isaac brings more than 25 years of executive level business leadership in marketing services and advertising businesses to his role as CEO of EducationDynamics. In addition, Mr. Isaac has served on the faculty of the executive MBA program in Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Business and as managing director of The Interactive Marketing Institute in VCU's School of Mass Communications.
Prior to his work at EducationDynamics, Mr. Isaac held positions as executive vice president, DIMAC Marketing Partners and CEO of DMW Worldwide, DIMAC's direct marketing agency; executive vice president/sector operating officer of Cadmus Communications Corporation of Richmond, Virginia; and executive vice president/chief operating officer of The Martin Agency, while simultaneously serving as CEO of Martin Direct (originally founded by Mr. Isaac as the Stenrich Group).
Mr. Isaac has received many awards and honors in the direct marketing industry and served as a frequent industry seminar presenter and speaker. He has also written several articles for professional publications, judged the Echo Award Final Round since 1995, and has been a member of the American Association for Advertising Agencies and The Direct Marketing Association, where he was chairman of the Agency Leaders Group from 1994 to 1996.
Mr. Isaac received his BA in English from the University of Buffalo and an MS in communications/education from Syracuse University. He did his MBA work at Fordham University.
Greg Mazzanobile
Chief Financial Officer
Greg joins EducationDynamics from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, were he was chief financial officer. Prior to that Greg spent several years in the education and information services sectors with Thomson Learning and Thomson Media, both part of the Thomson Corporation.
Before joining Thomson, Greg was CFO and COO of a MasterCard-backed B2B company established to provide database advertising and market research services using demographically enhanced transactional data.
Greg holds an MBA in finance from Cornell University and a BSEE from Northwestern University.
Andrew Gansler
President, eLearners.com, EducationDynamics Prospecting Division
Andrew Gansler is president of eLearners.com, part of the EducationDynamics Prospecting Division and the leading web service for connecting learners to online education and other distance learning resources. Mr. Gansler has been instrumental in strategic planning and management as well as day-to-day operations of eLearners during a period of record growth and expansion. Mr. Gansler came to eLearners with more than 12 years of management consulting experience.
As a senior manager in Grant Thornton LLP's management consulting practice, he provided a variety of strategic business, process and technology consulting services to middle-market and growing firms in diverse industries, including real estate, manufacturing and distribution and financial services. As a consulting practice leader, he orchestrated the turnaround of one of Grant Thornton's regional management consulting offices.
Prior to this, Mr. Gansler was a senior analyst and senior management engineer for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He received his BS in industrial engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA (with distinction) in finance and information systems from New York University's Stern School of Business.
Rob Peyree
President, WorldClass Strategy, EducationDynamics Prospecting Division
Mr. Peyree co-founded WorldClass Strategy (WCS) in 2001. Upon its acquisition by EducationDynamics (formerly Halyard Education Partners) in 2007, WCS became part of the company's Prospecting Services Division. As president of the Seattle-based WCS group, Mr. Peyree oversees all WCS operations.
Previously he worked with 3D Solutions, a start-up in the web services space, as a project manager and sales engineer. Mr. Peyree managed large-scale custom web development projects and assisted in the company's eventual acquisition by Innuity. Mr. Peyree also worked in the Defense and Space divisions of Boeing.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, where he received a BBA in finance.
Marc Stormes
President, Educational Directories Unlimited, EducationDynamics Prospecting Division
Marc Stormes is president of Educational Directories Unlimited (EDU), part of EducationDynamics Prospecting Division. Mr. Stormes brings with him more than 25 years of professional finance and managerial experience.
Formerly vice president of operations at EDU, he implemented extensive technological processes to create and track an advertising inventory system as well as create and manage a flexible budget. Mr. Stormes' previous posts include chief financial officer at RELO (formerly Reliance Relocation Services, Inc.) and vice president of finance at GMAC Mortgage.
He is a graduate of Fordham University and is certified as a CPA in both New York and Pennsylvania. Mr. Stormes is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Peter Kraft
President, GoalQuest, EducationDynamics Enrollment and Retention Divisions
Peter Kraft co-founded GoalQuest in 2000 to provide intelligence-based communication technology to educational institutions. GoalQuest, which now forms the EducationDynamics Enrollment and Retention Divisions, was acquired by EducationDynamics (formerly Halyard Education Partners) in 2007.
Mr. Kraft's prior experience in the education market has proved to be an excellent foundation for his leadership of the enrollment and retention services group. In 1993, he founded Link magazine, the most widely read college magazine in the country. From conception to development to execution, Mr. Kraft steered Link to become the leading print publication targeted to college students. Link's market penetration was bolstered by a unique offline delivery technology patented by Mr. Kraft. In 1998, Link was sold to CTN Media Group, which was later acquired by Viacom/MTV Networks.
Mr. Kraft began his career in his family's business (a military and aerospace sub-contractor), where he developed expertise in cash-flow management and general business operations. He later worked at Shearson Lehman Brothers. He received a BS in Business from Ithaca College.
Tracy Howe
Executive Vice President, Sales, GoalQuest, EducationDynamics Enrollment and Retention Divisions
Prior to co-founding GoalQuest with Mr. Kraft, Tracy Howe was vice president of sales for Link magazine and CTN Media Group, where she developed integrated multi-million dollar marketing and sales initiatives that continuously exceeded expectations. Ms. Howe's success in tapping underleveraged market verticals allowed CTN to expand its presence nationally.
Prior to Link, Ms. Howe was vice president of sales at Laine Meyers, Inc., a national marketing and advertising rep. firm. She managed youth marketing and advertising initiatives with Ford Motor Company, Daimler Chrysler and the General Motors Corporation. Howe also launched the sales and sponsorship efforts that funded a successful start-up Midwest marketing vehicle.
Howe attended Oakland University, with a major in business management and a minor in marketing.
Scott Peyree
Chief Operating Officer, WorldClass Strategy, EducationDynamics Prospecting Division
A co-founder and the chief operating officer of WCS, Scott Peyree manages paid search and media buying teams for the EducationDynamics Prospecting Services Division (which includes services formerly offered by WCS).
Mr. Peyree worked previously at Innuity, where he managed sales activity in the Puget Sound area for large, custom web development projects. Mr. Peyree also brings experience in the financial services industry.
He graduated cum laude from Pacific Lutheran University with a BBA, concentrating in finance and entrepreneurship.
Mark Shay
Chief Academic Liaison
Mark Shay is the chief academic liaison of EducationDynamics and editor of EDUInsight.com, the journal of college student retention and recruiting. Before his appointment to this position, he served as president of Educational Directories Unlimited (EDU), which he founded and which was purchased by EducationDynamics (formerly Halyard Education Partners) in May 2006.
Mr. Shay brings more than two decades of experience in the collegiate marketplace and is one of the leading authorities in interactive academic marketing. Started in 1995, EDU steadily grew into a vibrant market leader, launching new products and innovative services to connect students and academic recruiters.
Despite turbulent times for "dot com" businesses, EDU flourished due in part to Mr. Shay's focus on serving the academic community and his adherence to the fundamental business practice of "service, quality and performance." EDU provides a full suite of recruiting services in the fields of graduate, international and adult education, and has been listed four times on the Philadelphia 100, four times on Inc. Magazine's Inner City 100, and once in the Inc. 500.
Mr. Shay earned a BS in electrical engineering from Syracuse University and has had many appointments in local and professional organizations.
Melanie Andreoli
Vice President, Human Resources
Melanie Andreoli brings a diverse human resources background that includes experience in industries such as media and communications, construction management and healthcare. She was previously human resources director at SWN Communications, where she was instrumental in building the company's HR infrastructure. Ms. Andreoli began her career at Turner Broadcasting.
Ms. Andreoli graduated magna cum laude from Marywood University with a BS in psychology (Delta Epsilon Sigma) and holds an MA in organizational psychology from Teacher's College, Columbia University. Ms. Andreoli is an adjunct professor of psychology at Keystone College in LaPlume and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Association of New York. She is also included in the Cambridge Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women.
