Solution Efficacy Analysis 

Throughout a program's lifecycle, we strive to keep a pulse on how our clients are performing in line with their goals, as well as provide a final student evaluation and analysis upon the completion of each program's run. 

In compiling this analysis, we identify key trends in your program data and correlations between program engagement and your applications, yield or retention.  Depending on the school program(s), each analysis dislightly different, but some common situations are listed below.

Every Program Analysis Contains:

  • Your registration rate vs. historical registration rates and some commentary on how your program tracked compared to similar programs at institutions of a similar background
  • Ongoing engagement patterns and continued usage compared to national averages and clients of similar demographics
  • An overview of inquiries and responses via the Service Center and a comparison to similar client institutions based on program type, as well as commentary related to the responses and response time
  • Key information or intelligence garnered from survey questions and responses and important areas for follow-up communication
  • Overview of how your staff engaged with both the front-end program and the reporting/intelligence aspects
     

Individual Programs Receive Specific Analysis, including:

For the SmartSearch Program

  • Inquiry rate of program uploaded population versus an external population (if provided)
  • Degree of engagement for program users
  • Comparison of program engagers vs. non-engagers with regard to campus visits and/or interviews
  • Demographic predictors of program engagement (e.g., which types of students were most likely to register and/or inquire about the school)


For the Applicant Conversion Program

  • Application rates of the Applicant Conversion Program participants vs. non-participants
  • Acceptance rates of the Applicant Conversion Program participants vs. non-participants – for example, are the students participating in your Applicant Conversion Program more or less likely to be admitted to the institution?
  • Yield of the Admitted Student Program participants vs. non-participants
  • Yield of students who participated in only the Applicant Conversion Program or Admitted Student Program vs. those who participated in both programs
  • Demographic predictors of application rate, yield and program usage


For the Admitted Student Program

  • Yield of the Admitted Student Program participants vs. non-participants
  • Yield of students who had a parent/family member participate in the parent version of the Admitted Student Program vs. no parent/family participation
  • Yield of students who participated in the Admitted Student Program AND had a parent/family member participate in the parent version of the program
  • Demographic predictors of yield and program usage
  • Demographic predictors of application rate, yield and program usage


For the Undergraduate and Graduate Retention Programs

  • Retention of participants vs. non-participants
  • Retention of students who have a parent/family member participating in the parent version vs. no parent/family participation
  • Retention of students who participated and who had a parent/family member participate in the parent version
  • Demographic predictors of retention and program usage
