Retention Products
FYRe
Designed to help schools combat attrition, enhance campus engagement and foster student success, FYRe™ combines expert-written content, integrated e-community and academic/social networking tools, interactive Heurstics™ modules, video-based Virtual Mentors™ and a reporting dashboard that enables administrators to monitor students at risk. Originally designed as a "first-year retention program," FYRe now appeals to students at all undergraduate and graduate levels as well those using online and non-traditional course formats.
GRP
GRP™ (Graduate Retention Program) helps graduate schools virtually mentor and retain students by addressing key attrition factors, including time management/lifestyle issues, employment demands, financial responsibilities, possible loss of program funding, lack of assistantship opportunities and advisor/supervisor relationships. The graduate version of FYRe, GRP includes a related set of modules and services, including custom-written content produced by an in-house editorial department.
PICs
Created to harness the power of parental influence, PICS:FYRe (Parents Involved in College Success) is a retention tool that addresses the needs and concerns of students' families. Research suggests that students of parents who are involved in their education have better attendance records and study harder; they also show higher retention and four-year graduation rates and demonstrate a more positive attitude toward their future than do students with less engaged parents. PICS:FYRe features the same set of modules and services as does FYRe, while the features are constructed specifically for the parental audience.
SenTrans
SenTrans (Seniors in Transition) guides graduating seniors through the final year of college and positions them for success as they make their outbound transition—whether their destination is the "real world" or graduate school. The program includes custom-written topics on a range of issues, including job/career skills, money/debt management and preparing for graduate study. The program is designed to boost alumni participation and also to lay the groundwork for future development efforts by the institution.
AlumNet
AlumNet is a compelling online communications vehicle designed to inform, enrich and entertain, while putting a fresh face on capital campaigns and alumni relations efforts. It helps colleges increase the frequency of their communications with—and among—alumni. Content can be customized by audience type, and reporting tools enable development staff to gather real-time data on donors and prospective donors.
Institutional Research and Assessment System (iRAS)
iRAS is a comprehensive assessment and reporting service that enables colleges to measure the engagement and satisfaction of students, parents, faculty and alumni while evaluating overall institutional effectiveness in a range of areas. Unlike traditional approaches to survey and assessment, iRAS provides real-time, actionable data, such as automated early warning alerts designed to help administrators respond quickly and more effectively. iRAS draws on GoalQuest's proprietary messaging system, which deploys "response-sensitive" reminder messages to track and maximize recipient response. In addition, the iRAS team works with each school to customize survey language and to design a look and feel that reflects existing communications.
Student Wellness Suite
EducationDynamics’ Student Wellness Suite is a comprehensive online student health and wellness resource featuring content written and supervised by a team of physicians, psychologists, counselors and other health professionals. The program content includes psychoeducational articles, audiovisual components, self-assessment screening tools and interactive self-improvement modules presented in a dynamic, stimulating format to engage today’s media-saturated college students.
