As Vice President of Contact Center Management for Inquiry Generation, Ryan oversees all aspects of the Inquiry Generation Call Center operations division of the EducationDynamics Inquiry Generation business. This includes two unique brands based in Lenexa, KS, and five other business units spread across the US and the world. With over ten years of experience in the education marketing industry, Ryan ensures the contact centers provide outstanding customer service to our prospective students. Including generating leads for our partner schools that meet our rigorous quality standards and meet our P&L goals for the business.
Before joining EducationDynamics, Ryan worked in the hospitality industry as the owner and operator of multiple restaurants. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Kansas.
