Job Summary

EducationDynamics is hiring an Account Associate to join the Sales and Client Services team! This position is an opportunity to learn and grow as a member of a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, in support of our roster of clients within the Higher Education sector.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

The Account Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of clients’ campaigns are monitored, analyzed, and communicated up in a timely manner.

  • Daily tasks include monitoring lead flow, determining and resolving technical issues, reviewing campaign compliance, and assisting with campaign analytics, month-end billing, and special projects’ management.
  • Support Account Managers in managing monthly allocation/overall client budgets through internal administrative systems.
  • Navigate, monitor, and pull data from internal and external client systems, proactively analyzing performance data for trends and potential campaign optimizations.
  • Analyze billing discrepancies and work with the AMs to reconcile month-end numbers.
  • Manage client campaign implementations from start to finish, working with other internal departments to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Review client creative and test site functionality to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate and monitor timelines for projects as assigned by Account Managers and Sales Leaders.
  • Support other projects for the team as needed.

Experience:

  • Strong computer and Excel skills
  • Strong data analytics skills, and the ability to work closely with the assigned Strategic Account Manager to identify trends and outliers in data.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
