The Account Manager (AM) is a key member of EducationDynamics’ Client Services team. This role is focused on the strategic aspects of managing customer relationships with a roster of clients in the Higher Education sector. The AM will be responsible for sustaining and growing business with existing clients through superior client service, business intelligence, and client advocacy throughout the organization.
The Account Manager owns the client relationships up to the client executive level, serving as the primary point of contact for EducationDynamics. The AM is focused on excellent and timely execution of all daily business processes that result in maximizing revenues/profits, campaign performance, and customer satisfaction. The AM is accountable for achieving/beating EducationDynamics business goals and meeting/exceeding Customer Satisfaction goals.
Promotion opportunities are available when business needs justify increased levels of experience and responsibilities within the Account Management and Sales organization, and across other EducationDynamics departments.
