The EDDY Account Manager is a pivotal role focused on delivering exceptional account management services to assigned clients. This position demands a results-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on analyzing account performance and developing effective strategies across various channels including enrollment management, traditional and digital media, and social media. The ideal candidate will be adept at growing client accounts, ensuring full accountability for achieving goals, and adeptly managing multiple projects and deadlines. A high level of competence in project and partner relationship management is essential. This role is suited for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in account management, possessing the analytical acumen and strategic mindset to drive client success in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Account Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality management and client satisfaction.
- Strategic Development: Create and implement comprehensive strategies covering various aspects such as enrollment management, traditional and digital media, organic growth, and social media engagement. Communicate strategy and direction for partner school to internal resources.
- Client Growth: Proactively work towards growing client accounts by identifying and leveraging new opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Accountability for Goals: Review performance metrics, pacing, and forecasting for the partner and internal teams. Accountable for driving the internal teams to make adjustments that are needed to meet and exceed set goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Engage in data deep dives, utilizing an analytical mindset and strong Excel skills to inform and guide decision-making processes.
- Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers on technical projects, ensuring alignment of technical and business goals.
- Advocate both internally and externally for solutions required to drive business outcomes and ensure client performance expectations are met.
- Deadline and Deliverable Management: Ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables are provided on time, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Project Management: Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of objectives. Providing superior customer service and work quality while demonstrating attention to detail, flexibility, and innovation in resolving problems quickly.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Organization and Resourcefulness: Organized, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute across multiple accounts and services.
- Detail-Oriented: Review all client deliverables, including creative and project status plans, to ensure quality standards are met and escalate issues as necessary.

What You Offer:
Educational Requirements and Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field of study a plus
- Agency experience in performance marketing as a buying specialist or account manager, or performance marketing experience for brand(s) (client side).
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Ability to establish trust and collaborate with others both internally and with external partners.
- Excellent project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Results-driven, with exceptional team-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and adjust strategies to meet dynamic market conditions.
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Open-minded and eager to expand business knowledge across multiple departments.
- Excellent written and communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email
- Experience with performance marketing in Higher Education or related fields
- Successful account management showing retention, growth and profitability
- Proven ability to interpret data from multiple sources and translate into successful campaigns
- Media and integrated marketing savvy
- Manage budgets and expenses for both internal and external clients
- Travel which varies month by month
- Able to develop and manage to performance metrics
