EducationDynamics is hiring a Client Service Associate to join the Client Services team! This position is an opportunity to learn and grow as a member of a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, in support of our roster of clients within the Higher Education sector.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

The Client Services Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of clients’ campaigns are monitored, analyzed, and communicated up in a timely manner.

  • Daily tasks include monitoring lead flow, determining and resolving technical issues, reviewing compliance, spotting network trends, reviewing campaign performance, assisting with month-end billing and coordinating special projects
  • Assist in managing monthly allocation/overall client budgets through internal administrative systems.
  • Navigate, pull and monitor data from client systems, proactively analyzing performance data for trends and weighing in on campaign optimizations.
  • Analyze billing discrepancies and reconcile month-end numbers
  • Manage client campaign implementations from start to finish, working with other internal departments to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Review client creative and test site functionality to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate and monitor timelines for projects as assigned by Account Managers and Sales Leaders.
  • Support other projects for the team as needed
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% (Pending CV-19)
