Your mission is to turn data into insights and help support our data-driven initiatives by maintaining our data ecosystem and testing the effectiveness of different actions and systems. You’ll also design and create eye-catching analytics dashboards using tools such as Tableau.

- Scrutinize both structured and unstructured data in large volumes.
- Develop innovative analytics solutions for the EMS division using a mix of tools, statistics, and machine learning.
- Assess client data trends and patterns using various analysis algorithms.
- Communicate insights and recommendations using diverse visualization techniques to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to craft data utilization strategies.
- Engineer solutions and strategies to tackle emerging business problems.
- Research additional tech tools aimed at developing innovative data usage strategies.
- Keep abreast of the latest tools, trends, and technologies in data science to boost team and personal effectiveness.
- Partner with account managers and marketers to identify and address pain points.

What You Offer:
Educational Requirements and Background
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, analytics, or related field OR 5 years relevant work experience
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a give project.
- Exceptional technical writing skills.
- Experience with machine learning and AI.
- Familiarity with data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- SQL, R, Python.
- Hands on experience with the following marketing tools:
Google Analytics (Universal and GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Google Search Console
Sprout Social
Facebook Ads
Facebook Insights
Twitter Analytics
Supermetrics or experience with marketing platforms.
ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Pardot or other marketing automation tools
