The Director, Clients Services, will be responsible for overseeing, sustaining and growing the overall business in addition to direct day to day campaign management of existing clients by providing custom client solutions through sound marketing and business intelligence as well as superior client service and advocacy throughout the organization.
The Director owns the client relationships up to the executive level, serving as the primary point of contact for EducationDynamics. The Director owns a book of business and is accountable for achieving/beating measurable goals by offering custom solutions through a consultative approach to their Clients. Essential for the role are excellent customer relationship and negotiating skills as well as strong understanding of marketing sources and analytical capabilities. In addition, the role requires responsibility for and management and training of at least one direct report as well as ownership of at least one cross departmental and/or matrix function or initiative.
