Position Summary:

The Enrollment Service Advisor will be responsible for the outreach and counseling of prospective students for the Company’s Enrollment Management client schools. This position provides integrity through process and responses, aligning prospective student preferences with program offerings that are offered by our client schools and in line with prospective student education goals.       

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contacting and determine eligibility of prospective students who have expressed interest in the client schools programs
  • Accountable for direct support service to individual prospective students
  • Responsible for executing all elements of a proactive student outreach strategy
  • Help students make decisions that affect their personal and academic development
  • Responsible for the completion of assessments, referrals, and counseling with prospective students
  • Maintain documentation of all student interactions in appropriate tracking systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Other Skills/Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred in a related field; Sales & Marketing or relevant career experience   
  • 1-2 years consultative/relationship building or education sales experience
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings/ weekends
  • Previous experience working in education, online admissions, academics a plus
