POSITION OVERVIEW

EducationDynamics is hiring a Paid Search Analyst, who will principally support our paid media team within the prospect delivery business unit. The ideal candidate for this role will have intermediate level experience in risk media buying with excellent analytical/quantitative skills, along with strong knowledge background of today’s digital ecosystem.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage large-budget paid search campaigns across major search engines
  • Construct paid search campaigns and monitor performance using both front end and clients’ backend metrics; react quickly to shifting business realities or inventory changes
  • Leverage internal reporting system and third-party tools to optimize for maximum quality and ROI
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting
  • Work closely with vendor representatives to stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Design and cultivate testing strategies and methodologies to optimize for conversion rate, revenue, profitability and quality KPIs throughout multiple layers: ad copy, landing pages, UX and other creative elements
  • Assist with management in QA process, monthly billing and forecasting, compliance projects and other cross-functional tasks
  • Work with direct manager, team members and across other departments on data-driven projects to identify trends and patterns of user behavior and optimize our marketing plans to meet client’s KPI goals
