The Senior Manager, Clients Services, will be responsible for overseeing, sustaining and growing business with existing clients by providing custom client solutions through sound marketing and business intelligence as well as superior client service and advocacy throughout the organization.

The Senior Manager owns the client relationships up to the executive level, serving as the primary point of contact for EducationDynamics. The senior manager owns a book of business and is accountable for achieving/beating measurable goals by offering custom solutions through a consultative sales approach to their Clients. Essential for the role are: excellent customer relationship and negotiating skills and strong marketing and analytics. In addition, the role requires management and training of at least one direct report and ownership of at least one cross departmental and/or matrix function or initiative.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Owns and is the champion for his/her book of business and is accountable for meeting/exceeding monthly numbers
  • Weekly allocation forecasts
  • Monthly projections
  • Balancing book of business – shifting from one account/media strategy (clicks vs. leads) to another to meet monthly numbers
  • Owning daily score card – proactively monitoring clients, working with marketing to adjust optimization plans
  • Owns the optimization plans/meetings – is responsible for initiating the templates, leading the meetings and collaborating with marketing to develop full plan
  • Right price recommendations – both proactively and reactively
  • Communicates all pertinent client related info throughout organization
  • Manage/grow client roster book of business through upselling and cross selling
  • Owns a matrix initiative for their team (to be defined based on organizational needs/skill set)
  • Performs high level executive school reviews detailing client’s current business and future opportunities based on data review and collaboration with marketing
  • Is responsible for managing and mentoring at least one team member
  • Communicates consistently and effectively with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, campaign performance, industry trends and other topics of interest to EducationDynamics and its accounts
  • Analyzes billing discrepancies and work with the accounting team accordingly to reconcile invoices and ensure internal reports are updated and accurate each month
  • Is proactively initiating workflow efficiencies by working with IT
