As Vice President of Contact Center Management for Prospect Delivery, Ryan oversees all aspects of the Prospect Delivery Call Center operations that are part of the EducationDynamics Inquiry Generation business. This including two unique brands based in Lenexa, KS as well as four other business units spread across the US and the world. With over 10 years of experience in the education marketing industry, Ryan ensures the contact centers provide outstanding customer service to our prospective students, generate leads for our partner schools that meet our rigorous quality standards, and meet our P&L goals for the business.

Prior to joining EducationDynamics, Ryan worked in the hospitality industry as the owner and operator of multiple restaurants. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Kansas.
