By serving students first, we serve our schools best.

EducationDynamics Enrollment Services Division has created a host of enrollment management tools that engage prospects through the search, yield and matriculation windows.

From an Inquiry Management System to Web 2.0 student communications solutions to private-labeled social/academic student networking portals, EducationDynamics' tools have proven their ability to meet schools' enrollment business objectives. Each of the enrollment services tools may be optimized for a variety of audiences, including traditional college prospects, online degree applicants, adult learners and part-time and certificate students.

Enrollment Products

SmartSearch™

A revolutionary tool that's reshaping the college search process, SmartSearch™ helps schools convert high school sophomore and junior cold leads into inquiries. With SmartSearch, colleges can customize the way they communicate with cold leads based on such criteria as standardized test achievement, geography, ethnicity, academic/personal interests, athletic involvement and artistic pursuits. The program lets client schools synchronize with common data sources (College Board, CBSS, ACT, etc.) to customize content based on pre-determined segmentation. For example, a college might choose to showcase its science curricula and scholarship opportunities to students who have shown exceptional achievement in math and science. SmartSearch is also available on a pay-for-performance basis, allowing colleges to pay only for the inquiries they receive.

eCRUIT™

A dynamic recruitment tool designed to convert inquiries into applicants, eCRUIT helps colleges connect with high school juniors and seniors as well as non-traditional audiences, such as online learners and degree-completers, to strategically build the desired application group. eCRUIT was designed to not only increase the size of the applicant pool, but also to help schools refine its quality and characteristics according to highly specific criteria, including:

  • Academic achievement (e.g., high GPA/SAT/ACT)
  • Intended major
  • Geography (e.g., out-of-state, international)
  • Ethnicity
  • Athletic involvement
  • Artistic pursuits
EYOp™

EYOp (Enrollment Yield Optimization) is designed to connect with students during the "window of vulnerability" between their acceptance and enrollment. EYOp's interactive content reiterates key institutional strengths and enrollment next steps, while ushering admits through a virtual pre-orientation that's custom-built for each school and its particular yield objectives. EYOp's ongoing engagement with admitted students helps control summer melt, multiple deposits and last-minute attitude shifts. The program offers a closed online community, UPeers™, as well as a community goal-setting feature that encourages students to track and share their academic and personal aspirations.

PICs

PICS (Parents Involved In College Selection and Success) helps colleges build an alliance with parents of prospective, admitted and current students. No matter the window in which a school employs PICS, this program allows it to ally with and leverage the most influential people in its students' lives—their parents.

  • For Recruitment
    • PICS:SmartSearch™. Because students begin developing their shortlists during their sophomore year of high school (or even earlier), SmartSearch allows colleges to create top-of-mind awareness during this critical window, through regular, iterative contact.
    • PICS:eCRUIT™. When parents are engaged in PICS:eCRUIT, their sons and daughters are considerably more likely to apply (2% to 20%, depending on audience).
  • For Yield
    • PICS:EYOp™. Admitted students whose parents participate in PICS:EYOp yield at a greater rate than those whose parents are not in the program. Increases range from 2% to 22%, depending on the audience and program timeliness.
Online Application

Our online application helps institutions grow their applicant pools through the use of integrated reminder messaging, supplemental deep content (when combined with eCRUIT™) and real-time, action-oriented reporting for admissions staff follow-up. The fully-hosted, custom-designed tool also includes pre-population of application forms as well as a “priority application” option that targets high school students between their junior and senior years.

Admitted Student Checklist

Admitted Student Checklist aggregates all of the various forms that newly admitted students need to complete, including:

  • Enrollment confirmation
  • Housing application and deposits
  • Dining services/meal plans
  • Health and immunizations
  • Orientation reservations

The result is cost savings—colleges save on printing, mailing and associated processing. ASC provides students with a convenient, one-stop shop that helps them streamline their paperwork and track the items they still need to complete. The service includes form design, development and hosting, transaction processing, real-time reporting, automated reminder messaging as well as seamless integration with EYOp™.

EventManager

Colleges know that prospective students who visit campus and/or attend campus events are more likely to submit an application or accept an offer of admission. Careful, strategic management of campus visits and events, such as open houses and departmental/academic events is essential in optimizing which students visit and when. Used independently as an option on a college's website or in conjunction with SmartSearch™, eCRUIT™ or EYOp™ (Enrollment Yield Optimization), EventManager helps schools:

  • Manage campus visits to maximize available timeslots (and mange online events for web-based/distance learning programs)
  • Manage campus visits as student inquiries
  • Allow users to track what they have registered for through an interactive web page
  • Increase the number of visitors through the 'Bring a Guest' function, which enables registrants to bring family members and/or interested friends
  • "Clone" recurring events for convenient calendar population

EventManager may also be used in conjunction with FYRe™.
