Amanda Cabrera

As the Vice President of Enrollment Management at EducationDynamics, Amanda leads the Enrollment operation, whose charge is to support and nurture prospective students and continuing students in working to achieve their educational aspirations. The enrollment team is comprised of 12 enrollment management and training & development leaders, a combination of 100 enrollment coaches, trainers, quality assurance representatives and administrative support colleagues that serve on behalf of over 25 enrollment partners.

With 18 years of combined experience in operations and enrollment management, Amanda’s experience spans new student recruitment, pre-start retention, financial aid and academic advising, continuing student retention and inquiry qualification. Her operations management experience encompasses campus and online university operations and onsite and remote agency operations. Amanda’s core areas of expertise are maximizing enrollment performance outcomes, strategic process creation and optimization, change management and coach and enrollment leader recruitment, development and retention.

Amanda has been with Education Dynamics for 8 years. Prior to joining EDDY, she held enrollment and operations leadership roles at DeVry University. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, French and Japanese languages and literature from Miami University of Ohio and a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
