As Head of Human Resources, Destiny Givens leads the organization’s people strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership to strengthen culture, elevate performance and drive long-term business success. With more than 14 years of experience supporting global organizations across private and public sector environments, Destiny brings a strategic, business-aligned approach to human resources and organizational effectiveness.

Destiny oversees all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, talent development, HR governance, multi-state compliance and HRIS optimization. She has led HR functions for distributed, global workforces of 800+ employees, delivering measurable impact through data-driven decision-making, improved engagement and reduced voluntary turnover. In prior roles, Destiny has partnered directly with executive leadership teams to design and implement people strategies that support growth, enhance performance and strengthen employee experience.

Destiny is known for her clarity, accountability and ability to balance employee and business needs, translating complex challenges into scalable HR solutions. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Management, a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and professional certifications, including PHR.
