Jamie Ceman

As EducationDynamics' leader of reputation services, Jamie helps institutions across the country understand, protect, and strengthen their reputations. She advises colleges and universities on the strategy and infrastructure behind how they are perceived by the audiences that matter most to their enrollment, fundraising, and standing. She also serves as a fractional CMO/CCO, working as an in-house member of an institution's leadership team. Jamie is a two-time winner of the American Marketing Association's Higher Education Marketer of the Year Award and a recipient of PRNews' Top Women honors. Jamie's career began in the private sector before she moved into higher education, where she led marketing and communications at two institutions. An alumna of the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, Jamie earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. She also holds a master's degree in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University and a doctorate in education from the University of Southern California (USC).
