We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our partners. This person will be joining a small, high-performing team focused on supporting partner academic programs – from inquiry generation to graduation. The person who will succeed in this role will enjoy bringing new ideas, working toward shared business goals, and executing high quality campaigns in a dynamic environment. Experience with paid search and paid social campaigns is a must as is the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop, execute and manage digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on websites and landing pages
  • Set quarterly marketing budgets and goals in collaboration with the senior marketing strategist
  • Optimize digital marketing performance to meet business goals and drive enrollments in partner degree programs through a mix of paid search, paid social and display marketing
  • Recommend and implement marketing initiatives to reach and exceed marketing and enrollment goals with input from the senior marketing strategist
  • Collaborate with internal project stakeholders, including client services, enrollment services, marketing automation, graphic design, etc.
  • Share results and updates on marketing initiatives with client contacts
  • Identify opportunities for A/B tests in ads, landing pages and on microsites
  • Create and edit landing pages in Unbounce
  • Collaborate with internal awareness media teams to manage awareness campaigns
  • Set up conversion tracking and simple integrations
  • Troubleshoot lead record data issues
  • Work with data coordinator to ensure accurate reports each month
  • Make simple website updates using WordPress
